BURSARY REFERRAL FORM FOR SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY

This form is to be completed by a CORU-registered Speech and Language Therapist or an appropriate Health Care Professional for candidates seeking bursary support from Finding Charlie’s Voice for Speech and Language Therapy in the Republic of Ireland. The fund value is €10,000 and will be awarded on a random selection basis in the form of 8 x €1,000 individual General SLT bursaries and 1 x €2,000 Rushbrooke Technology Grant.

This fund will open on March 19th and will close on April 16th. Any applications received after this date will not be considered for the fund. Should the fund be undersubscribed, a second call will be made and any applications received after 16th April, will be automatically included in the second call.
